Eggnog Cream Float With Maola Eggnog

Ingredients

1½ oz | 45 ml Brandy
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Amaro Montenegro
½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Cacao
3 Dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Salted Eggnog Foam (Instructions Below)
Grated Nutmeg

Instructions: Combine ingredients except foam in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, double strain, pour into a rocks glass with ice. Top with foam and nutmeg. Serve and enjoy.

Eggnog Cold Foam

4 oz Eggnog
1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1 Heavy Pinch Smoked Sea Salt

Add all ingredients to a frothing pitcher, use a cream frother and froth for 20-30s or until the desired texture is reached.
