Eligibility:

The Maola® “UVA Football” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association, Incorporated d/b/a Maola (“Maola”) or (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time on August 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59pm Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the Sweepstakes Period.

Maola must receive your mail-in entry by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Your odds of winning via mail-in entry are the same as those who enter at the online website form.

Joining our email list will not affect your chances of winning. Joining our email list is optional and can be unsubscribed to after entering. By entering via online method or mail, you will automatically be added to Maola’s email list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out link provided in marketing emails.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who makes an incomplete submission.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries, or for submissions that are processed late or incorrectly entered or are lost because of electronic device error or malfunction, all of which are void.

Prize:

Four (4) sets of four tickets to UVA Football games against Norfolk State on Sept. 11, Delaware on Sept. 26, Syracuse on October 10, and Duke on October 23. (Approximate Retail Value: $150 each). Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise. Parking is not included in the grand prize. No reimbursements will be made for travel or lodging for the game. No substitutions allowed, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY SPONSOR.

Winner Selection and Notification:

A Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor on or about September 4 (for Sept. 11 vs NSU), September 18 (for Sept. 26 vs Delaware and Oct. 10 vs Syracuse), and October 1  (for Oct. 23 vs Duke) from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within three (3) calendar days of notification, prize will be forfeited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Publicity Release:

By accepting a prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, and city/state of residence in any media, including Sponsor’s social media channels, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. As a condition to receiving a prize, winners may be asked to sign a waiver granting additional permissions for appropriate parties to feature winner in certain publicity campaigns.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Maola, the Commonwealth of Virginia, University of Virginia, its Board of Visitors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry or participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance of any prize or offer, including any injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, misuse, acceptance, possession or awarding misuse of any prize.

Entrants further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties against any third-party claims arising from or related to participation in this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to claims based on personal injury, publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or delivery or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

(i) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries;

(ii) technical failures of any kind;

(iii) unauthorized human intervention;

(iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries;

(v) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly from participation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to force majeure, fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
