With just five simple ingredients and no baking required, this mousse is quick to make and even easier to enjoy. Serve it chilled on its own, topped with extra berries, or as a velvety dip for your favorite fruits and cookies. Ingredients
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup Maola Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions
- Clean and chop the strawberries into quarters.
- In a blender, mixer or food processor add the sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and the sugar and puree. Set aside.
- Beat 1 cup of Maola heavy whipping cream and vanilla with mixer for 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the puree into whipped cream until fully incorporated. Let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Remove and top with desired toppings or use as a fruit dip!
