This National Ice Cream Month, we’re excited to share a simple yet delicious no-churn ice cream recipe that showcases the rich, creamy texture of our Maola Heavy Whipping Cream.

With just a handful of ingredients and no special equipment required, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you can whip up a frozen treat that captures the essence of summer in every spoonful.

Ingredients

cups Maola Heavy Whipping Cream

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Mix-Ins of your choice (cookie pieces, peanuts, candy pieces, etc)

Equipment

2 Mixing Bowls

Electric Hand Mixer

Bread Pan

Spatula or spoon

Instructions

  1. Place one of the bowls in the freezer and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Remove cold bowl from freezer and add Maola Heavy Whipping Cream to the bowl. Beat on low-speed with an electric mixer and gradually increase speed to high. Beat on high-speed until stiff peaks form.
  4. Pour the condensed milk mixture into the Maola Heavy Whipping Cream and use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until completely combined.
  5. Pour ice cream into bread pan. Place a piece of plastic wrap tightly over the surface of the pan, gently pressing it into the surface of the ice cream.
  6. Transfer to freezer and freeze overnight before scooping and serving
