Crumblin' Corn Bread

1 cup Maola milk
1 cup flour
3/4 cup white plain corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp margarine (melt in dish for baking)

Preheat oven to 425°. Sift flour once and sift again with other dry ingredients. Gradually add Maola milk, egg, and melted margarine. Pour into hot greased 10x14 inch dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. After baking, brush with butter. Serves 6.
